Really??? Once I showed them where the receptacle door was located, one of them looked at the receptacle and since it didn't look familiar to him, he said he didn't think the air hose from the jetway would connect. I assured him it would, and after another few minutes we finally had air on the plane.
I'm willing to bet that ground crew excuses as to why they can't do something increase proportionally for every degree they work and it's outside the range of 55-80 degrees.
