You all are smoking something. Are you kidding me, this guy is in high school and smoked weed and you're telling him to stand on the sideline for 2 yrs because someone might drop a weed bomb on him
There is no justification from FAA to come afer him nor have the time and money to pursue a bogus charges as such. I can pick up the phone and rat everyone above me on the seniority list and you think for a min FAA will go after any of them and waist all that federal money just because you can pick up the phone and try to make someones life miserable ahhhhhhh don't think so. Have a good friend at the FAA in ok city and says your advice to this kid is total bs. How you gonna prove he ever smoke? just because someone said so?? Think about it. It takes a lot more than a phone call to convict someone. You need proof and the only way to prove this kid has lied is a drug test and thats all, drug test and nothing else. Don't do it for 90 days and stay clean and you're fine.
