We increased the staffing levels per airplane since we have a lot more flying per aircraft. Also a lot of F/O's are leaving for other jobs. So we will be hiring for a long time unless something changes.
Yes the LCF flying has ended, but we need more pilots now. Go figure?
Well I'm glad it's working out. I was wondering if losing that would hurt staffing. Glad it's not.
