Just a few other notes about reserve at SKW

Ready Reserve pays 2:1 duty time toward guarantee. The callout is 20 minutes to get to the plane. If they're short they will stick it on you any time you have a long break between flights just so they can make you pick up the phone and keep extending your trip for as many days as you have on your block of reserve. Apart from those times, ready reserve seems to be randomly assigned, perhaps by one of those lottery drawing machines with the ping pong balls.

Once notified of a trip for that same day, you are not required to answer your phone. You are also not required to be contactable while on a trip during reserve days unless the aforementioned ready reserve has been added to your schedule.

Long call reserves can be converted to short call with 12 hours notice. This can be done a maximum of 7 days per month.

The min daily guarantee for trips is 3:45 per day, but only if the trip is assigned as originally built. If the lineholder just dropped the last DEN-COS leg from their trip and you're the lucky reserve called in, you just earned about :40 worth of credit.

Deadheads are paid at 100% and count toward guarantee as well.
