But we do get taxable per diem for sitting ready reserve. $14 less taxes.

You get per diem, and our home reserves shifts are shorter. Sounds about like those cancel out, so yeah. We're both on the bottom. I think Mesa's new contract a couple of years ago put them past us on reserve rules.
