awac corrections and additions:

ready reserve is worth 4:00 credit per day so if your line has you on for 19 days, you have already made 76hrs for the month without doing anything. on duty for 8hrs (in phl anyway) and we have 2:1 duty rig. dh is 100%. min day is 3hrs, u get called to do a bwi turn worth 1:45, u will get paid for 3. you have to call when you get done with the trip they assigned you. they usually add to the flying before that. a turn will turn into a 5 day. 4/3, 5/3, 4/4, 5/4, are the usual day on/off combinations. i usually get one stretch of 4 days off. u can trade reserve days with yourself with scheduling's ok. can get a five day stretch off by doing that. i do live in base so my outlook isn't as bleak as those who commute to sit reserve, did that for 2 years, sucked.
