I have been reading sample CX interviews at
http://www.willflyforfood.cc/, and I'm puzzled by the totals for the people they hire. It seems that every person that interviews there with 7,000+ gets turned down. Most S/O hires have around 1,500 total, I remember seeing one S/O hire with just 1,000, and he was not military. Any reasons for turning down more qualified people for less qualified ones? But I guess this is good for me, so I'm not complaining.
