Last month they said they were going to increase the # of crews per plane so I assume the hiring will have to continue full speed ahead. The new hires coming in don't even cover the # of FOs leaving right now. So until the attrition slows down, they aren't going to be able to increase the manning.

The TA just got shot down this week with 96% of the voters saying NO. It remains to be seen what happens next in the process. If the big wigs in Mcminnville don't open the checkbook, theres no telling what happens.
