I am a broker and work Worldwide selling skywriting, skytyping, digital, banners and billboards. I have a personal banner that needs to be towed in Bloomingburg, NY. I was told there was a local operator up in this area, however, I have had no luck locating one. The closest pilots are still 2 hours plus a way. Does anyone know of a company or pilot that can fly a personal banner in this area?
