It will be interesting to see how bad JA wants to keep SKY independent from the combined XJT/ASA. It is obvious he has wanted XJT and its large foot print at CAL for at least 3 years. Lets face it, is would cost $100 of millions to recreate that, and years to find people to operate 274 jets, etc., especially now that all the pilots out there will be dead broke from buying a 1000 more hours of flying. Not to mention he just doubled the size of his company. I don't see him walking away from this thing even if we have to combine, I mean what does it really cost him, 80% of his flying is already going to be done by union pilots?????
