I am sick of chasing the coin - I get that. Schools suck. I was super happy on the -er, but there is too big of a pay gap between it and the 777 to stay put. Now I'm super happy on the 777 and would happily save the company training costs if it made money and lifestyle sense to not bid off. Do not read this as the 777 needs a paycut.
Any scope concession (short of stapling little jets to the seniority list) is a NO vote for me too...Anyone who bids yes for a scope concession won't get the money either, ask Midwest.
Glad to hear you're clamping down on scope.

I do think the 747 should be on its own, and it's not because its Super Premium.
I certainly think MEM9Guy's idea could save the company some $$$$, which they can put directly in our pockets.
