No one here has read the new cpa so no one can say for sure who the 75 or 15 aircraft will be flown by. Unless ASA uses up negotiating capital to scope in those aircraft (assuming there is not one list), those aircraft can be flown by anyone!

And XJT does NOT pay for the leases of the aircraft on the Calex operations. Its not the leases that are killing XJT its the rate that XJT was forced to take because SKW whipsawed XJT pilots!
