If you are going to lower the bar, I will too. Let me know who hires you. Then I will send them an email letting them know I will do the job for free or even pay for it.

Seriously, quickly change your attitude or change your career. I know you think that it would be great to build some multi or turbine time. You don't care if you are making much money because part of your wage is the time your building. You justify that by telling yourself you will only do this until you meet the time requirements for a "real" job.

So let’s say someone "hires" you to sit right seat in their King Air for charter. You rack up 1200 SIC turbine hours and make $15,000 for your first couple of years. Now you want to apply for a real job and make some money. The problem is, all the jobs want PIC time. So then what are you going to do? Are you going to come back here and ask if anyone knows someone who needs a cheap PIC? So then you get someone to hire you to be a Caravan pilot. You get 1000 hours PIC and make $20,000. Now the jobs you want ask for multi turbine PIC time. Are you going to wh0r* yourself out again? What about when you get sick of flying a CRJ and let every operator know you will accept a low wage just so you can get into a larger jet? Will you do the same to get a wide body?

At what point in your career will you stop doing this and demand a real wage? After undercutting every pilot out there to get your dream flying job, making no money in the process, how will you feel when your boss replaces you with some low time pilot who said he would do your job for half your pay?

If you are a low time pilot, look for low time jobs. There is no reason to rush your career because people like you already ruined any jobs you could get. Do not kid yourself that one day you will be making enough money to offset the meager wage you get now. Look for a low time job with a reasonable wage. Then when you have the time, look for a mid time job with a mid range wage. Then look for a high time job with a "high" wage.

So in case you did not understand, please stop ruining this career.

PS. I am sorry if I came off strong, but you need to know this.
