I see you fly mostly big iron and can understand the disdain and cost of ANR. With the motor <2 ft in front, you definitely want ANR, and you can still tell if the motor hiccups.
I'm not talking about my 7 airline type ratings. I'm talking piston aircraft too. Yes, I still fly them. I still don't need ANR.
