Different isn't always difficult. It is an adjustment that takes time. With all the ML guys taking time off for "duty" it would behoove the airlines to reduce those cost in the future. Why hire a pilot that is not going to be available to work for you? There would be no added cost of USERRA if you don't employ these people. Again there is a large pool of pilots already qualed that can do the job with no strings attached. I think USERRA and the ML abusers are going to make things worse for you guys in the long run.
