I interviewed yesterday and out of 4 of us I was the only one who got the pre-offer letter. One was sent home within minutes because of paper work issues and the others were sent home after everything was completed. I would reemphasis the safety part as well. Just be yourself. They are looking for people who will not only be a great pilot but someone who will fit the American Eagle culture and work well with others.
