HELP!

Can you tell me how and where to get an MD 80 add-on, preferably an MD 83, that will work on Microsoft X, 98, or 2004? I have a check ride coming up very soon in an aircraft I havent flown in years and it sure would be nice to be able to work the fms for a while before jumping into the actual sim.

After I download whatever version, how do I install it and in which version?

Also, I know I used to be able to program on version of flight sim for a particular airport and approach procedure. However, now when I try it seems I am only offered different lessons, tours, or challanges. Tried the fly now option, which at least let me pick aircraft and weather, but still didn't see how to select airports or approaches. Please refresh my memory.
