I have a feeling that AE already knows what they need to do, it's already been stated on this thread and many others (bases and equipment primarily, though better starting pay would be great as well). The only question is are they prepared to do it. Surely, management must've realized that the time of pilots jumping at absolutely anything has recently passed. Guys/gals seeking regional jobs now have choices that haven't been available for years before. Therefore, if Eagle wants to attract the best available (or just enough bodies) they must change the package that they are offering.
