The "time zone thing" really is only a factor if there is a digital part of the watch, since it's a bit more of a pain to change times. For purely analog watches (i.e. just with traditional hands, not digital numbers) then all you have to do is pull out the knob and twist it to change time. So I wouldn't worry about that if you're going with pure analog. Sorry if I confused you.
