I don't think FAULTPUSH works for SWA, but none the less, I'm sure we will pay out big. I don't remember the exact figure that SWA pays out each year in settlements or free travel (some have received several years for free I was told), but I do remember thinking to myself that it was a lot of money. I wish we had a backbone sometimes, but the company has chosen a path that it is better to settle than expend money on legal costs. Airlines are perceived as cash cows so it seems anyone will try and get money out of them.
