Some of the SkyWest pilots have the "Me, Myself, and I" mentality. Take a look at REPUBLIC. I was in the van last week with a guy in Tulsa that was proud that Chautauqua/Republic/Shuttle/Lynx/Midwest Express/Frontier Pilots would be flying A320's at regional wages.
