It's funny how pilots feel like we are in the drivers seat in everything we do.

My gut tells me XJT pilots sensibilities is so far down the list of SKYW Inc. priorities that they have devoted less than a few hours to this issue. These guys are moving paper and financing deals. When they get to the issue of integration they are going to get together, figure out what creates the most shareholder value and spin it so their decision is palatable to the most number of pilots.

I say we stop this ****ing contest. No pilot wants to loose senority or get bumped from a base. I suggest we work on language to protect us from the "whipsaw" and forget about integration. If we are not careful, our XJT brothers and sisters are going to (unfairly) get the short end of the stick.

SKYW knows integration equals union and that is a tough pill for mgmnt to swallow.
