How long are we going to beat this dead horse? The merger is going to be between xjt and asa. It's was skywest managments wants its what skywest pilots want. The xjt mec is alrady caving to pressure and I doubt they would have had a strong case in court anyway. You guys should just focus on getting your intergration done right.
