Yeah, anyone going to ASA has pretty big b*lls in my opinion. It's a crap shoot as to what Uncle Jerry wants to do with that part of the SkyWest, Inc. plan.
As far as first year pay goes, the only place with GOOD first year pay is Horizon. A few others start from $22 - $24. Hope you don't expect more than that. Plus, the second year and first year combined are higher than most regionals, so I don't know if you can afford to take a pay cut or not.
