It's you guys decision. You can get on board and help make ASA/XJET a powerhouse (then go after SkyWest at a later date) or you can fall on your swords for ALPA. But I for one am glad to hear that Jerry is not going to let you guys tie this up in litigation forever.

Either get on board or get left out. That's the way SkyWest does things. Get used to it or take your chances alone.
How do you suppose we do that if people like you want nothing to do with one list? Jerry will use ASA against Non union Skywest to keep wages down and contracts within limits, that is a fact. I say that again only to help you realize what XJT pilots are really worried about.

You think jerry will just let this go do you? Then why 2 attempts in the last 4 years to get this CAL flying? Skywest Inc. acquiring XJT is very important for the success of the holding company. They dont want XJT bidding on anymore united flying. We underbid everybody on the ORD flying, sadly. Im pretty sure that flying would have been skywest's if we werent in the picture. Jerry is not on your side, he is in it for the cash/control. It just seems at this present time, that you are on the right side. There are no guarantees though in this business. I hope this all works out for all of us.
