If you check Section 3C, the 3 junior seats (NB FO and both SOs) have the same rate of pay. Widebody FO is a couple bucks more. In the unlikely event of a year 1 captain, possible with the poor FDA incentives, there are NB and WB Capt rates. Of course, when you hit 2nd year, the WB FO pay more than doubles.
