Agreed. If more 747s materialize, maybe, BUT, I'd expect more whales to go to SEA or NYC first.
But since more airplanes is advantageous to the pilot group, the chance of them materializing is fairly slim.
With that said, now that Click is defunct, their 717s need a home, and they have the same avionics suite that the Saudia MD-90s have...put them together, and you have a 50+ airplane category...things that make you go hmmmm, but my guess is that Air Tran will pay a high price to keep those out of DALs hands.
