The devil is in the details...I think it's common knowledge that TSA is not perfect, so feel free to biatch about them. But let's not get into any technical or operational details.
Be aware that anti-terrorism is a layered-defense game. The TSA does not have to be perfect, they simply have to be a road-block (one of several) which complicates bad guy planning and creates operational risk and uncertainty for them.
Re. uniforms it's also well known that the baddies have tried to acquire crew uniforms in the past. Since you can buy white shirts and black pants anywhere the trick is acquiring airline-specific uniform parts...so we are not going to publish that info for the all comers to read.
But really...why would anyone really need to ask that question on the internet? If they need an ASA hat, they can ask their company where to get it.
