All joking aside, I hope you're correct - but you didn't specify who would receive a "30% pay raise". I'm sure you've noticed the disparity between current UAL and CAL hourly rates.

A 30% raise on the CAL rates would only put CAL pilots back to the hourly rates of 2001 indexed for inflation. There better be some cheese on top of that.

How about 30% on top of UAL's 2001 rates, indexed for inflation? That might get a 'yes' vote from me.
