We had some a-line the other day that was giving a diamond medallion first class passenger a bunch of crap because he had an extra bag. The bag was a camera bag which he obviously couldn't check. He was a really nice guy so my Captain "took care" of the situation. She was pretty irritated with the Captain for overriding her, but oh well. Sometimes the right decision isn't necessarily the most popular decision!
