Of course CLE is going to turn into another PIT. There is no way United will keep ORD CLE and EWR the same.
I guess it depends on how you look at it but cle would be lucky to be another pit. I wouldn't be paying for it but at least pit got a new kick *** terminal. CLE will have no traffic and the crappy old terminal.
