I think you need to check your ego... first year pay doesn't mean a damn thing.
American Airlines first year captain pay is only $35 an hour on the B777! Your top end pay and work rules are how you are screwing everyone. Your $58 an hour street captain pay doesn't mean $hit... keep in mind a lot of those numbers you put up are for smaller airplanes.
