Once last bit of info I've learned. A lot of guys wear costco or like black blended slacks for the summer months when they don't have to wear the blazer. Much cheaper & in some cases more comfortable.

Abbott tends to be warmer, & yes I'm sure non standard pants that breath easier float around during non-blazer season.
