Yeah, with tons of 50 seaters, and no ability to get larger planes, and the average senority range to hold CA, and the pay associated with it, I don't see a warm and fuzzy future. I think that is the next hurdle before even worrying about upgrades.
I dont know about the 145's, but i think the 82 airframes of 135's and 140's have their days numbered.

Hopefully the 244 that are supposed to go to AA get there soon!!!
