If tomorrow is not your first RSV day, yes. The only requirement for SC to be assigned by 1500 is for the first day following an X day. For every other day they need to give you 10 hrs notice, and then two hrs to report once they convert you to SC.
Thanks for the quick reply, I am not a commuter, but damn getting nailed with a SC at 1930 for a 0530 would SUCK if I were one.
