That could be true, I am not fully conversant on all the rules and criterion for being a "turd" on flight standards hit parade. Wouldn't be necessary in the first place if they were hiring people that had command potential out of the chute...Oh yeah, those jobs are at the majors where pilots are reasonably well paid for the job that they do...
