I tend to agree with you about SLC. SLC 7er is a new category so anyone wanting in will have to bid it as an AE. So any current SLC 767 who gets it will get it as an AE and not a displacement. This will cut down on the displacement bids. I can see a few guys not realizing they need to bid it as an AE and not as a MD and as a result they will be displaced. There are going to be some but you just never know how or why guys bid what they bid. It's all a crapshoot any way. I understand the angst and certainly hope I'm/we are correct!
