BTW, can new-hires bid the 777 on the current AE?
Hi Columbia...Congrats on joining the team. Good news & bad news. Good news 1st - I'm running a Macbook Pro w/ Snow Leopard. I bought MSW 98 @ Fry's - the one that you buy if you're building your own computer ($90.) Go into Finder=>Applications=>Utilities=>Boot Camp Utilities. Print the instructions and run it. Use a minimum of 15G. I used 15 and wish I did 20, but everything works just fine. You will also be able to download and run PBS Desktop (bidding program.) Now you can work on bid when not online. Very handy of you commute.
Bad news - You can bid anything you want once on board. Heck - why stop @ the 777....Bid the 747-400. As previously stated...you'll get the bid once the other 12,000+ guys & gals don't bid it. Just kidding. Enjoy your stoke and lets hope the hiring continues!
