This is uncharted territory. The way that trips are being assigned is much like when you come back from medical leave which is contractual (or at least hasn't been challenged). They build you a schedule from open time. The problem is, what are we? Furloughed? No. Leave of absence ? No, I didn't take one. How about the guy who is slightly senior to me? Shuffling up to ANC to sit B reserve? He wasn't offered this op.

I am grateful to be working and I hope this is the start of change. Had I thought more about it I probably would have taken the leave of absence. Next month, I will not do if offered again, I am tired of living day by day with this crap going on.
