You are confusing the sideshow war with the real struggle. My objections are not directed at war, but at surrender.
OK. So when you initially said: "Just a comment on the current times. Times that have the world going Jihad and burning the books of one another..." And then talked about how the actions of enemy combatants are based on mutual subjugation...What you were really doing was cautioning us against willingly subjugating ourselves to bureaucrats?
One of two things are happening here. First is that you realized that your initial comments were pretty silly and an inaccurate representation of our world conflict, so you needed to metaphor your way out of admitting that you simply had too many beers. Second is that you delight in conversing in riddle and metaphor thinking that you are helping your fellow man by forcing them to read between lines and give all new meaning to words. Only you know which one it is.
When I would like to climb from FL350 to FL370, I call atc and say: "request climb to FL370." I get the feeling you say: "get thee conflicting traffic from thy path you subjugating bureaucrat for I do not accept your confining my path to FL350 and must reach higher." To which I'm sure they would think: "What the **** did he say?"
