So the new hires keep their seniority number at XJT and will be allowed to move back into their number after 18 months of lock? Are they going to start with their 3rd or 4th year pay scale at ASA straight after IOE? I'm assuming they'll start at the bottom of the ASA list since they get to keep their XJT number. This deal seems to be getting better and better and better for the XJT folks.
