Of course they come back below the ASA guys. They are as good as new hires. When the lists gets integrated they will be below every ASA pilot that is currently on property. THIS WILL NOT HAVE ANY AFFECT ON SLI or bump anyone back.

They come back at their old longevity which most were 8 mo - 1.5 yrs at xjt. If they had 4 months of probation left at xjt then they still have 4 months at ASA.

It is a nice gesture to get some guys off the street. Current ASA and XJT guys wont gain or lose anything from this deal.
