I wouldn't worry about 340's. Not going to haul what we want. Fairly poor performance from that airplane.

From my understanding, the 777-200 hauls less than the -11. One of the reasons FedEx doesn't want a 777 rate is because they envision replacing the domestic MD fleet with the light weight 777. They don't want to pay our -380 pay scale to guys flying between MEM and DFW when they are hauling less freight that the current MD crews. This is also why they want us to go for the ULR override.
