my terrible experiences have been with Air France and BA
I do Beirut -> Montreal -> Beirut three times a year
and I'm forced to go AF (Paris->Montreal) because BA is just that much more expensive and such a long wait in the terminal.
I remember when the cabin crew used to walk us to our seats, know our family name to properly address us. Now, I'd be so lucky that they remember my water that I have to ask for 4 times. And this is Business Class.
from the few times I was forced to fly eco in a transatlantic flight with them, I've been stuck too many times in seats without IFE. I vowed to never fly economy with them ever again.
