I think a quick poll on the regional board will turn up several folks who jumped at the first part 121 offer they had and ended up switching between regionals within a year.
Next, remember they are a big company, over 1550 pilots, and although they are hiring many, unless you are the former CP of Cathay Pacific or similar, wait in line. They'll get to you.
Oh, yeah...relax.

This i the single best advice I have ever read on here, I jumped at Colgan knowning full weel that i was not going to stay there, however when i was applying here (XJT) I was a CFI and competing with Independance Air guys so I knew I didnt have a chance in hell so I feel I made the right decision to get some 121 time rather than wait around, and I am glad i got the T-prop experience
