That salary equals $500+ per hour
I would only like to see the CRJ 5 year FOs get paid the same per seat as the E120 FOs, just $1 per hour per seat, 1/10 of Chips salary per hour. Is that to much to ask for so an FO at hour company can have a decent income by year 5 seniority? I believe it is just a very humble request.....
CRJ FO 5 years $1 per seat per hour. It would equal $50
CRJ CP 5 years $1.5 per seat per hour. It would equal $75
Now that would be a fair pay (even if increadiable low compared to mainland) and a raise for both CP and FO from todays pay.
Nobody is asking for %38 percent raise in two years, just a pay above poverty level for our lowest paid pilots.
