SAAB, I was speaking more the guys who unknowingly go to Mesa, etc. Heck, I interviewed at Eagle with a Mesa dude who was sitting reserve but never flying. I think you made the right choice, but you had a plan. That's key to success.

LFB - Thanks for the comment. I like trying to arm you guys as best as I can for the future! I was offered a Jan start date (I'm not out of the military officially until Dec 31st) but I took a consulting job instead. Salary starts at 4.3 times first year CMR pay so it was an easy choice Laurie told me to give her a call if things change....
