For me, the biggest one is the reserve guarantee. I used to be able to count on not being on reserve because we had separate block and reserve categories. Now I end up on reserve a lot because of vacation, training, or carry in time makes building a schedule impossible...thus you're stuck at reserve guarantee.

Others have other reasons...but that one has kept my earnings down from the NWA days.
