MAG is to continue existing code share agreements with 77 aircraft (38 CRJ900, 20 CRJ700, 13 CRJ200, 6 DHC-8).

MAG management continues in present position.

US Airways gets $5.5 million in notes and 1 million new shares (10%) (estimated @ $2.4 - $21.8 million).

Tenth Amendment to US Airways Code-Share Agreement being finalized.
