I would have no problem flying props at mainline for reasonable wages. I currently fly them in the guard, they just point in the veritcal plane.
Please get an industry leading contract for the number of seats behind you.
It really doesen't matter what the mode of propulsion is, you should be paid for what you transport.
Ahhh but it DOES matter. TPs are more economical up to somewhere around 3-500nm. The added fuel cost of using a jet on short hops more than makes up for a pay increase. Since Pinnacle CORP has such a large fleet, it will be harder to have ONE company come in and underbid.
Don't get me wrong, I too believe a name, paint, and ticket should all match, but until that happens, we must fight the battles we can win.
